1896/97 Dorset Junior Challenge Cup final- lost to Poole Reserves
1900 won League Cup, repeated in 1905/06 also captured first league title
1908 won Junior Cup beating Wyke Regis 3-1 in the final
1908/09 Reserve side started teams in Junior and Minor divisions also mid week team formed called Shaftesbury Wednesday

The late 40s and early 50s proved to be the clubs most successful period in terms of cup compititions, 12 cups being won in less than ten years
1951 saw the 1st recording of a third team entered in Dorset leagues
1957/58 Founder members of the newly formed Dorset Combination League.
1961 reached the Dorset Senior Cup final for the first time
1962 Returned to Dorset Leagues, champions of division 1, res win Dorset division 4

1976 won Dorset League Cup. Rejoined the Dorset Combination League
